Registration

Registration will be open for the 2009-2010 school year effective February 15, 2009. We invite you to schedule a one on one tour of the school at any time by calling 344-0099 or by visiting us during our Preschool Previews or Open House

To register, please complete a Registration Form and return it along with a $30 registration fee to:

Early registration is encouraged as spaces fill up quickly. If enrollment is full, you will be placed on a waiting list and notified by the Enrollment Chairperson. Before the first day of school, you will be required to complete additional registration and medical forms.

Registered Families may download and print the Complete Enrollment Package here. (Password required, to be provided by Enrollment Chairperson once Registration has been confirmed.)

As required by the state DPH, parents must also download and sign the Behavior Management & Discipline form, available by clicking here.
